Unitatea militar aintentioneaza sa achizitioneze urmatoarele cvursuri: 1) Curs ITIL 4 Create , Deliver and Suport cu durata de 4 zile , cantitate 5 persoane, planificat a se organiza in perioada 24.05-26.05.2021 in Bucuresti , in valoare de 11.750,00 lei fara T.V.A. 2)Curs ITIL 4 Foundation, durata de 3 zile , cantitate 5 persoane, planificat a se organiza in perioada 19-22 iulie in Bucuresti in valoare de 22.500,00 lei fara T.V.A.

The following modules will be delivered: What is Agile? Choosing the right agile approach Philosophy, Principles and Project Variables Preparing for Success The DSDM Process The People – DSDM Roles and Responsibilities The DSDM Products Key Practices - Prioritisation and Timeboxing Planning and Control throughout the Lifecycle Other practices: Facilitated Workshops , Modelling, and Iterative Development At the end of the 2-nd day of course delegates can take the official AgilePM® Foundation exam. The course consists of a mix of theory and practical exercises. Most of the exercises will be done in small groups.
